The apartment was clean and tidy. However, the after-hours check-in process was a bit complicated. We were also given the wrong car park space number, so we had to drive around several times trying to find a parking space that wasn’t available. It would also be helpful if the apartment provided a few basic essentials such as sugar, salt, soap, and shampoo. There were only two small milk packets provided, and one of them had already been opened. Other than these issues, our stay was good

Amazing! From the moment we walked in we knew it would be a great stay, from the amazing reception staff that went above and beyond in explaining everything and letting us know what was happening around surfers during our stay. Cleanliness of the property and room we stayed in was 10/10.

For what was advertised was not what u got underground parking was a absolute shocker, they gave us 1st cpark bay only a bike could fit 2nd time car already parked there 3rd time water leaking from pipes filling up tray of ute.Receptionist had no clue on there underground parking, sounds like she never been down there to look.😡 Apartment i thought I was catching waves carpet had more waves then the beach. Couch was better than the bed. Construction next door waking up at 5 to 5.30am daily from it, complained but she didn't care so we checked out the very next day. 🙋‍♂️😡

This was a great spacious unit in a great location with quick walkable access to the beach and only minutes away from restaurants/bars/grocery/shopping. The view from our unit was spectacular…beach, city and night city lights. The staff was friendly and assisted with any needs. We would highly recommend and would stay again!

Had a few hiccups at the start with the room, was dirty in areas and missing basic essentials but they were rectified swiftly . Staff were fantastic which made a big difference . Would suggest for future that all rooms come with the bare basics of rubbish bags , washing liquid , scrubbing brushes etc
