Nice but in need of a little work
The hotel was stylish and overall a nice stay. However, it appeared to still be in its infancy phase. The air conditioning was great but leaked into the TV and desk. As a result, the TV did not work. The WiFi did not work but they had someone coming to fix the problem. I think with time it will be a great place.

Room was advertised as Ocean Views. Yeah ! Turn to the right look down the street a couple of blocks and there was a glimpse of the horizon. We checked out early evening and drove forfeiting our fee home due to the noise from the two open air bars two floors directly below us. Closing the doors did not help. Worst. Hotel. Ever!!!!!
