The checkin process was delayed for us by 1.5 hours. Once we were allowed access the room was in terrible condition and had to be recleaned. Shower leaked and lights in both rooms were not working. It was rectified quickly but the overall condition was aging and dirty.

Very nice clean spacious rooms. Quiet area, but still close to the heart of Broadbeach and all the restaurants. The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. You get a very warm welcome here at Freshwater Point.
