We really loved our 1 bedroom studio apartment. It was very liveable, clean and well appointed. This property is well maintained and all staff we came across were friendly. The shops, cafes, restaurants and beach were very accessible, as was Pacific Fair.

We stayed for four night in an immaculate near-new apartment with outstanding views. It was spotlessly clean and the bedding was very comfortable. Check in was simple, as was access to parking. All the contact we had with the front desk was friendly and efficient. Our only beef, considering the cost of a premium apartment in January, would be that providing only the bare minimum of cleaning materials is a bit penny-pinching. Overall, though, we had a great stay and would happily do so again.

Room had stained carpets and a weird smell. Very basic and bare bones. No coffee mugs for the nespresso machine for which seemed odd. 2 scratchy bath towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel for 2 nights and 2 people. 1 small packet of dish soap - not even a mini bottle, or any paper towels etc. Other than the view it looked like a hospital room. There was also blood on the duvet which was only covered with a sheet. The amenities which I was looking forward to also not so great. There was a moldy and dirty steam room and a sauna that wasn’t very hot. Don’t understand the good reviews or maybe we just got a bad room but doesn’t change the amenities being a let down. Also very littl sun and quite windy at pool time which isn’t there fault but don’t plan to spend the day there unless you want to be cold. And of course hotels.com won’t let me upload photos of the duvet with blood but there was at least 8+ drops and splotches. I stopped count v as I was revolted that I’d slept with it the night prior.

It probably wasn't the best view compared to other ocean view properties we have stayed at. The room was clean. Our only real complaint was there was no salt and pepper and maybe oil spray, although there is a full kitchen. Also the minky blanket in the top of the cupboard, could do with a wash. Very musky and few stains. Apart from that we had a lovely mini break.

This was a fantastic getaway. The premises is perfect with lovely ocean views and nice modern appliances, close to grocery shops and all amenities. Would stay here again on my next visit to Broadbeach.

Room was not clean. We find hair in the bedding which was quite alarming, indicating the sheets were not changed. There was an empty container of handwash, which also suggested the room was not properly cleaned prior to us arriving. I had to ask reception to change out bedding out and get cleaning product.
