**Living Space**
This log home is open concept with large windows to accommodate lots of light and spectacular mountain views! The open kitchen, dining, and living area are ideal for social activity for family or friend gatherings. The large harvest table can accommodate 10 people making it perfect for sharing a delicious meal or family games night. The living room features a large stone fireplace perfect for curling up with a cup of hot chocolate and your favorite book!
** Bedrooms & Bathrooms**
This log home has 3 spacious private bedrooms, one with a cozy queen bed, and the second with queen over queen bunk beds! There is a large loft space used as a third bedroom that features stunning mountain views from the king and queen-sized beds! The property has 3 full bathrooms. The bathroom in the loft features a brass-fitted claw foot tub, perfect for soaking tired muscles after a long day of adventure!
**Kitchen**
There is an open kitchen with all essentials to prepare your favorite meals. You will find the following amenities:
- Stove.
- Fridge.
- Dishwasher.
- Coffee maker.
- Hot Kettler.
- Microwave.
- Toaster
- Kitchen utensils.
**Amenities**
A large private deck looks out the surrounding mountain ranges! It features a custom pergola, patio furniture, and a BBQ. The private hot tub looks out at stunning views of mount Kapristo and provides the ideal spot to relax in nature.
**Laundry**
If you have the need to do laundry, the condo has an in-suite storage containing a stackable washer & dryer.
**Location**
The 2.7 Acre lot is completely private. You cannot see the neighbours from any usable space on the property. This stunning log home is only a short 12-15 minutes from Golden city centre.
- As of July 1, 2021 we are on the SpaceX Starlink high-speed internet beta program. The house is also equipped Xplornet satellite internet which will be used as a backup. Go to work with a view of mountain wilderness. *

- Access to all spaces in the house except the basement storage and room.
We offer the convenience of self-check-in. While you may have the unit to yourselves, you won’t be alone should you need assistance. Guest Services are available 24/7. Give us a call or text if you need anything. :)
Palumbo heights is a private mountain neighbourhood south of Golden. Lots are 2-3 acres which ensures privacy and makes it feel like you are the only one there.
You'll be just:
- Kicking Horse Ski Resort: 30 mins.
- Lake Louise Ski Resort: 1 hour.
- Sunshine Ski Resort: 1 hour 50 minutes.
It takes 12-15 minutes down highway 95 from Golden to get to the house. Highway 95 is paved and kept in good shape throughout the winter. Snow tires and 4WD/AWD strongly recommended in winter time.
- No meet-up is required for check-in/check-out. You will be provided with a key code for the door. Be sure to review and print check-in instructions before arriving.
- Please note that the beauty of nature surrounds the place. Fireworks in the area are strictly prohibited as they may cause forest fires.
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
Welcome to your Airbnb home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.
Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:
1. We strive to keep our unit in good working order for the positive experience of all guests. Our policy is to resolve or provide a remedy to any reservation-altering issues inside the unit within 24 hours. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution. To prevent abuse, our policy is to not adjust the original price of the reservation but to provide a remedy for any issue within 24 hours.
2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.
3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 10 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
11. NO DRIVING of ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles or other off-highway vehicles in the neighbourhood.
12. To ensure the safety of guests, service workers and ourselves, guests must abide by BC health restrictions.
13. We prefer families or guests over 30.
