I went to check in and found out i was on the no rent to list and have not stayed there. I called expedia to get my money refunded and the rep was less than helpful. It's Christmas time and my money is stuck in limbo. The hotel clerk informed the expedia rep that he did not rent me the room and the rep would not use common sense and refund my money. I will be contacting the better business bureau and making sure to give both the hotel and expedia negative reviews on all social media platforms
