Holiday Home "Unteres Hart" – Spacious and Comfortable Retreat
You will stay in a modern detached house offering 180 m² of living space across three floors. The property features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the spacious living and dining area, a wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere. Underfloor and central heating are provided. Two terraces and a fenced garden with lawn invite you to relax outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven with hob, microwave, and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Further amenities include TV, radio, and Wi-Fi. The house is non-smoking. Two parking spaces and lockable bicycle storage are provided. The home is ideal for families, and pets are welcome by arrangement.
The house is set in a particularly quiet location, elevated above the idyllic Große Lautertal in the Swabian Alb biosphere area. Countless leisure activities await: cycling and kayaking in the Lautertal, carriage and wagon rides (Landesgestüt Marbach), swimming, hiking, and cross-country skiing.
