This listing is for the private, fully self contained studio tucked away at the rear of the property. The main house sits at the front and the owners may or may not be staying there from time to time, but your studio is separate so you can settle in and enjoy your own space.



The Space:

Inside you will find a comfy queen bed, a relaxed living area, a handy kitchenette, a bathroom with a bathtub that is perfect for a soak after a long day, and laundry facilities to make longer stays easy and convenient.



The fully fenced backyard is a lovely place to unwind, with a veggie patch you are welcome to pick from when in season, a fire pit for cosy evenings, and plenty of room to stretch out, fire up the BBQ and enjoy a slow afternoon in the fresh air.



While the front deck is part of the main house and not included for guest use, you are perfectly positioned to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Start your morning with a coffee in the sunshine, then take a leisurely five minute stroll to the wharf for brunch at Hectors or to browse the Sunday morning markets. After a day at the beach, enjoy a glass of wine at Wharf Barrel Shed or the Bribie Island Sailing Club, or head to the local pub for an easy meal out. With so much at your fingertips, there is really no need to move the car from the driveway.

One small non shedding dog may be considered. There’s a $85 pet fee payable for the privilege of bringing your fur baby with you.



Other Things to Note:

This is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.

No parties, no schoolies.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

Sorry, no young children under the age of 12.

One well behaved small non-shedding dog may be allowed on holiday with you, but please let us know beforehand. A $85 pet fee will be payable. Sorry, no cats. Dogs are not allowed on furniture.



Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, which includes a non-refundable $30 payment processing fee. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.
