Sitting on a double lot in Gordonville, TX, you're less than a minute from the Juniper Point West boat launch, minutes from Cedar Mills Marina and Pelican's Landing restaurant, and just down the road from Megastar Casino and Buncombe Creek Golf Course. The Cross Timbers hiking trail is nearby for those who want to explore on foot.
