The Eagle's Nest has only one step to the house and one step to the dock ON the Lake of Egypt. A paved sitting area is ideal for all ages to rest, play, and enjoy the view. A GRASSY YARD makes a great setting for yard games, while the PORCH & SUN ROOM are perfect for visiting, game playing, and plain RELAXATION. There is a COVERED, 2-slip BOAT DOCK with POWER for your boat(s), or you could rent our PONTOON for an additional fee. Make this location your next destination for serenity, fun, or whatever you need!

This house is very nice and well-kept. There’s plenty of room and everything works as expected. It’s a perfect getaway for boating/fishing with private covered boat slips. It’s also convenient to Ferne Clyffe, Giant City and lots of other attractions. We’ll definitely be back. We highly recommend this listing!

Location right on the lake was perfect. Backyard with a useable yard and firepit worked great. Sunroom was our favorite spot to sit back, relax, listen to the bird and watch the folks fishing pass by. Kids loved getting out on the lake with the kayaks. It is a bit of a drive through all of the winding roads to get there, but directions from the host made it easy. Close enough to a couple different cities if you need to run and grab something, but why would you, when you could just relax instead.

Lake time fun

Everything was top notch at the eagles nest. Great service, clean, well equipped. We enjoyed the kayaks, boat dock & fire pit! Saw deer, turtles, blue herons and egrets. Love this place!

This is our 5th year here and wouldn’t stay any place else!! Beautiful home, lakefront, neighborhood and great fishing!! Spending the day boating and swimming in the lake is so relaxing. Perfect vacation home

We absolutely loved this house. Extremely clean and comfortable. Everything is maintained well. Great fishing all week! Jeff and Heather have thought of everything to make your stay amazing. Little things like extra chairs, a card table and light switches labeledtruly make a difference. The outside area is lovely to enjoy the view and relax.
