For starters the HVAC filter in the room was was filthy and looked neglected for years. This was changed ar my request. Later, the next morning, I waited 10-15 minutes for someone to greet me let alone seat me for breakfast. No one came. I left. The personal st the desk during each incident were polite and professional. However, it is absurd that you consider yourself as a resort.

The rooms are clean, we received a complimentary toys and treats for our dog, which was very cute. We needed to leave one day earlier for personal reasons and they were very understanding and cooperative. Because of how good the costumer service is and how nice the hotel looks and feels, we will definitely come back!

This is a lovely boutique hotel that would be best suited for couples or groups of friends. For a family of five I would recommend a different place. The restaurant is very expensive and there are limited food options close by (10-15 minutes to closest restaurant). The pool is very small so once 6 people were in it, it felt crowded and there wasn’t much room to swim. The snow tubing across the street was great and not crowded. If you stay at hotel the tickets are half price. I think for the price I would choose a place closer to North Conway with more options for eating and shopping.

Rooms were nice, it was pretty quiet there. They gave a nice little gift for our small dog we took there for a couple days. Wasn’t too sure how bar or restaurant worked one random time we walk by some employee sitting in the dark scared the crap out of us. No server at the bar. So we just walked away. Not sure what is going on around there.

We enjoyed our stay at The Glen House for a weekend going to Santa's Village. The hotel was great and the hotel staff friendly and helpful. My only dislike was that the staff at the restaurant were unpleasant and seemed like they could not care less about providing service...they did not make for an enjoyable brunch experience.
