For starters the HVAC filter in the room was was filthy and looked neglected for years. This was changed ar my request. Later, the next morning, I waited 10-15 minutes for someone to greet me let alone seat me for breakfast. No one came. I left. The personal st the desk during each incident were polite and professional. However, it is absurd that you consider yourself as a resort.
