Over 2 acres of open backyard to entertain, play, and relax.
An 8' × 17' swim spa/endless pool offers a soothing soak or invigorating swim surrounded by stunning natural scenery.
Note: Swim spa / endless pool is open March to January 2. (Closed January 3 to February 28).

Wonderful property! We loved the spacious house, and the patio area is fabulous, with a large lawn, the pool/spa which the young grandkids enjoyed for hours, and the grill and table where we enjoyed most meals. Super close to a grocery store, Lego Land and several other fun and kid-friendly places. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!

Fantastic home. Great amenities. Being able to sit together outside around the table and the campfire when it's nice outside, or sit inside around the living room and dining area when it's rainy is great flexibility. Lovely to host a family vacation with a couple kids. Space for everyone!

Beautiful and comfortable home in Goshen

We stay every holiday season to be near some family who live in the area and by far this has been the nicest house we’ve stayed. It was exceptionally clean quiet and comfortable. Perfect for multiple families. Would most definitely recommend to anyone looking in for a place to stay in the Goshen area.

Family Visit

We picked this location because it was close to family. We were celebrating my aunts 75th birthday. The house contained everything we needed and had plenty of room for all of us. The property had great views and was on a quiet road. I would stay again.

West Point Family Weekend

Easy 30 minute drive to West Point. In the country, yet outlet mall, restaurants and things to do all within 30 minutes. Very responsive when I text as the keypad didn’t work. They let us in remotely. We had several in our family and we were all comfortable. Nice fire pit, swim spa, and clean.

Beautiful & relaxing property!!

My family all met here to stay together for a wedding in Goshen. We truly enjoyed a relaxing time at your home. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the patio & the spa and we lucked out that the weather was absolutely perfect!! The house was extremely clean and very welcoming!! If we are ever back in the area we would absolutely stay here again! Host was very responsive if needed.

Beautiful home. Came here for a softball Tournament, got to relax and enjoy when not at the field in the swim spa. So peaceful! Everyone loved the home/property. Would recommend and return if needed.

Great House!

We stayed here one night to unwind and relax with our daughters and their spouses after our youngest daughter’s wedding in the area. The house was roomy and spotless, pool spa perfect, and JT was very gracious and accommodating. It’s a wonderful house which put just the right finishing touch on our daughter’s wedding weekend.

More than we had hoped for.

We stayed at JT's property for a weekend in November to attend a football game at the military academy at West Point. Seven of us, including 3 teenagers, had plenty of space to be comfortable, relax, cook meals and enjoy the swim spa. The home was warm and clean and we all slept great. We'll definitely look to stay there again whenever we need lodging near West Point.

Very clean and spacious home

This beautiful country home was perfect for our family visit to Goshen/ Orange County. The house was very comfortable for 5 adults and a 2-year-old. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. We also enjoyed sitting on the new patio and enjoying the view. There was a grill that we did not use, plus a fire pit and corn hole.
