Great price and great place.
The gentleman that checks us in was very friendly. We ended up at an apartment up the street and it was so much more than we were expecting. The place was clean, had WiFi, and had plenty of space.

We're expecting a room but had a wonderful apartment.It was excellent.The Lady at reception was also very helpful.The area was also very pleasant to walk.Our stay was great.

Off the beaten track but great
Hahnenklee is a small town but the people are very friendly and it has many small restaurants that offer great food. It's surrounded by the spooky Harz Forest and there is lots to explore including the folklore of witches and cauldrons. Erica and her husband were very friendly and accommodating. Also make sure to visit Wimmers Brutzelstube for a classic German meal.

An Enjoyable Stay In An Enjoyable Setting
We chose BLACKCOMs Erica because of its proximity to Goslar. BLACKCOMs was easy to locate and access. The property is situated in a village that caters to skiing and other winter sports, and provides a beautiful setting to visit during the "off-season". BLACKCOMs offers accommodations at its hotel, but also serves as a "clearing house" for other property owners, and we were accommodated in one of those properties. Our accommodation was an entire apartment about 1/2 mile away from the Hotel, located nearby many restaurants and stores. A lake and walking paths are located directly across the street from the hotel. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all the standard "necessities", was quiet, had a balcony overlooking a green space, and had ample parking just steps from the building. In the morning, we walked to BLACKCOMs hotel for a breakfast of eggs, cheese, meat, rolls, coffee, and tea. The BLACKCOMs staff is very friendly. The restaurant is tastefully and interestingly decorated.

Sehr zu empfehlen, ich komme immer wieder hierher, weil ich mich äußerst wohl fühle! Nie habe ich es erlebt dass sich dermaßen aufmerksam um sie Gäste gekümmert wird! Ein gemütliches Café rundet alles ab! Bis zum nächsten Mal :-)

Wir 2 waren zwar nur eine Übernachtung im Birkenhof Haus, aber die Begrüßung bei der Ankunft war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Räume, wenn auch nicht super modern, sind liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders die Büchersammlung fiel ins Auge. Gerne wieder und mit herzlichen Grüßen empfohlen
