Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 120 sqm and can accommodate up to 9 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance is ground level and leads over a terrace directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette, TV, DVD, radio and CD. You have access to the 20 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Separate toilet with WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 additional beds. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Smiljan, district Bužim. The holiday house is located on a 700 sqm enclosed garden plot with a lawn. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartment is situated in a quiet location with a large green area. Access is via a field or forest path (gravel or rubble). Parking on the property.
