Swedish Bonus

A perfect place for exploring Gothenburg. The hotel was European modern, perfectly quiet and cocooned, despite being located over the train station. An excellent buffet breakfast. Rooms slightly on the small side.

Easy stay for the station

Hotel is built into the train station so plenty of easy food to grab, you need to walk a little further for anything more substantial. Decent location for the city. The lobby was nice, efficient staff, good breakfast but the room was a disappointment. Stained bed head, dubious looking stains on the mattress, bathroom was a little tired & depressing looking. It’s fine but doesn’t reflect its advertising or first impression.

Arrived early couldn’t check in until 3pm on the dot that is stated in booking confirmation, Staff friendly and helpful allowing us to us a room to store our baggage, the room very dimly lit not a lot of lights clean and comfortable, plenty of facilities in the room kettle tea coffee, fridge , iron and ironing board, Tv with English Channels, no views or windows to open . The hotel is conveniently next to the bus terminal and is also part of the train station, with plenty of shops and restaurants. Breakfast is a buffet style with lots of choice. All the staff seem happy to help with any enquiries you may have . A good stay and would recommend and stay again

Can't say enough about this hotel!

First off, the staff was so welcoming and helpful!! The hotel is located in the train station, perfect in case of rain. The station is full of restaurants and shops for anything you may have forgotten. Across the street is Nordstan mall, also full of restaurants, a grocery store and shopping. Its a 12 min easy walk to tourist attractions/center of the city. The hotel has a fabluous breakfast buffet every morning included. Meats, cheeses, bread, swedish pancakes, fruit/vegtables, so many more choices! Our room was extremely quiet! We heard one noise in a week. We had a fridge, electric kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. The room was a good size, modern bathroom, large TV (never turned on) A very relaxing room as well as an inviting sitting area in the lobby.
