Unpleasant lack of support from the Front Desk during checkout. I specifically asked where is the airport shuttle station. I was provided some general indications (‘just take a right’) and was not provided with any support on how can I buy the online tickets (Swedish web site). It took another 30 min outside at -10C to get support from some polite Swedish individuals on how to get the above.information.

The room was too cold, and there was no effective way to regulate the temperature. The wall-mounted thermostat only adjusted the ventilation airflow, meaning the choice was essentially between no fresh air or a cold room. When contacting the reception/service desk regarding this, I was placed on hold for 2–3 minutes each time. The call was then answered and immediately disconnected. This happened three times in a row, after which I gave up trying to get through. This is not acceptable for a hotel of this category. While the hotel itself is modern and well-appointed, the service level is lacking, which unfortunately detracts from an otherwise good experience.

Personalet, området og morgenmaden var rigtig godt, og hyggeligt sted. Mørkelægningen på værelset var dårlig og der lugtede desværre utrolig dårligt af kloak på bådeværelset, da vi checkede ind. Lugten var stadig fæl næste morgen. De fik det løst om formiddagen og gav hurtig assistance, da vi meldte det ind.

Vi hadde et svært hyggelig opphold på hotellet den siste dagen av turen vår i Gøteborg. Fra vi ankom ble vi møtt av vennlig og imøtekommende personale, og innsjekkingen gikk raskt og smidig. Rommet var rent, pent og godt vedlikeholdt, og det ga et veldig godt førsteinntrykk. Sengen var komfortabel, og det var tydelig at hotellet har fokus på kvalitet og renhold. Frokosten var også veldig bra, med et godt utvalg av mat som både så innbydende ut og smakte godt. Her var det noe for enhver smak, og det bidro til en god start på dagen. Alt i alt hadde vi en veldig positiv opplevelse, og hotellet lever absolutt opp til forventningene man har til en 4-stjerners standard. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!
