The living room with open kitchen and dining area on the ground floor is approx. 33 m², the upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with approx. 13 or 15 m². The upper floor can be reached through an open spiral staircase. Incl. Bathroom, hallway and utility room are indoors about 80 m². The terrace and the outdoor area with garden furniture are also from the living room. The beach house is on a fenced, lockable approximately 1000 m² square plot in the middle of coastal forest, overgrown with old deciduous trees and rhododendrons. Various seating areas invite you to linger, a barbecue is at your disposal. The car can be parked at the discretion of the lawned property.
