Holiday house "Alpenliebe" in Grainau
The cozy holiday home named âAlpenliebe" in the beautiful Zugspitze village of Grainau combines tradition and comfort with a wonderful view of the Zugspitze. Here you can feel at home and switch off from day one.
The approximately 119 mÂČ semi-detached house consists of 3 floors. On the first floor you will find a bright living room with stove and cozy dining area as well as a separate, well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine. On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and balcony with a wonderful view of the Zugspitze as well as a modern bathroom with bathtub and bidet. The second bedroom with a bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m is located on the lower floor and has its own bathroom with shower. On the terrace adjoining the living room with a small garden area, you not only have the opportunity to relax, but can also enjoy long barbecue evenings...
There is a washer-dryer and a storage room in the house, and you can park your car comfortably and protected from the weather in the underground garage.
The location in the Untergrainau district offers perfect opportunities for a variety of activities at any time of the year: long walks and hikes at the bottom of the Zugspitze, mountain bike tours past crystal-clear lakes and blooming mountain meadows as well as unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter. Cross-country ski trails and the "Zugspitze" and "Garmisch Classic" ski areas entice you with varied slopes and unique impressions.
Just a few minutes' walk away in the center of Grainau you will find various shopping facilities, the Zugspitze train station, the swimming and outdoor pool, the Kurhaus, a minigolf course and much more. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary vacation enjoyment.
