The staff in the hotel are extremely helpful. The room needed some painting in places and the lighting is very dim. The bathroom is large but no handle on the heavy sliding door makes it difficult to manoeuvre at times, it also needed a good clean due to many previous occupants fingerprints The rooftop bar is lovely and the staff there were very good

We had an excellent stay at the Cordial La Peregrina. Our room was clean, with a lovely modern ensuite bathroom and was very well placed to explore the Old Town. Shout out for Alexander on reception who was very welcoming and gave us a detailed run down of locations to explore and recommendations for eating (including maps) which helped us maximise our time. Many Thanks !

We had a wonderful stay at The Boutique hotel Cordial La Peregrina. It is location in the old historic part of the city, which made everything walkable. We could not have picked a better location. The staff were also absolutely wonderful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Gran Canaria.

A Modern Gem in a Historic City

This hotel is a beautiful modern gem in a historic city. Room was spotless, bed was super comfortable and you can even sign into your Netflix! Tea/coffee and water was provided complementary and there is a mini fridge too where you can keep your drinks/snacks cool. The roof top bar/pool was just perfect. A quiet retreat during the day, with a small pool to dip in, and a chilled ambiance by evening, with cocktails and snacks available to purchase. The staff were incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful in providing us with support and information about getting around and travelling to the south of the island. Very well located. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around and a super market just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I come back to Las Palmas.

Lovely hotel in the older part of Las Palmas. Room was midern and clean. Hotel staff excellent. Surrounding area had plenty of really good restaurants to chosse from. Bar on the roof of hotel was good and reasonably priced. Gad a great four days.

This hotel is on a pedestrian street so our cab dropped us a couple blocks away, but helpful locals directed us to the hotel entrance. We arrived early in the day but we're able to check-in and store our bags. The hotel staff is friendly and extremely helpful. When our rooms were ready we received a text. The hotel is within walking distance of many historical sites and numerous restaurant choices. I recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel location, with impeccable check in and initial welcome from desk staff. Elevator convenient and the roof bar was an enjoyable end to a day. We didn’t use the pool, it was too involved in the bar drinkers and blended into bar area as a water feature than for real use. Cleanliness beyond the daily room servicing needs to be addressed throughout the property including stairwells and common areas. The decor in the rooms needs refreshing. Wallpapered bathrooms was always going to be a design faux pas, especially in a frequently used hotel property with internal bathrooms and ventilation, but the wallpaper in bedrooms is peeling from the walls also. It isn’t nice to find dirt in with the teaspoons, nor the volume of dust and debris under the bed. Other guests toothpaste and shampoo on walls is not acceptable for a hotel offering at this level. There was definitely room for improvement here. Unfortunately there was an incessant beeping from outside our room heard from the window are to internal courtyard garden. It was like a control panel fault alarm and as a result we had no sleep. We purchased earplugs on day 2 which resolved the issue for us but we wouldn’t stay here again without issues being addressed. Excellent location but there are other hotels locally that may offer a slicker service and better nights sleep. Should also mention that the drink staff member in the hotel bar dripped red wine all over my trouser and jumper - 30€ cleaning bill.
