The property was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with the A/C dripping water on the bed. The work-around was to turn the problem A/C off and rely on the second unit in our room (we were traveling as a family of 4). While this wasn’t ideal, the staff were prepared with 2 additional rooms to make our stay comfortable. We opted to stay with our current room. I was pleased with their quick response to our issue and their willingness to find a quick solution.

The best part of this hotel is its staff. Roberto was extremely helpful and did so much to help us get acclimated after a long day of traveling. He is an amazing representative for the hotel and even helped us secure tickets to the Alhambra. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the convenient location of the hotel (20 minute walk to the Alhambra, 5 minute walk to the cathedral).

The biggest comment I have for this lovely hotel is the incredibly kind and helpful gentleman who helped navigate us in for parking. Granada is a nightmare for navigating because the GPS does not work when you get close to the city center. The breakfast was so worth the cost. The location was perfect and close to all we wanted to see. Take away- Don’t drive unless you have to.

Very good hotel, the staff was great and location is the best possible. If you are arriving by car, getting there is stressful due to Granada’s traffic and restrictions. Still the staff helps a lot to make your parking easier. At night it was a bit noisy, outside and inside the hotel, but still I would totally come back.

We definitely liked the hotel associate (Katie)!! She was very helpful with assistance us to navigate the city and surrounding areas. Great suggestions on food and directions.
