Situated on a large 11,277m² lot with mature trees, this charming cottage retains its beautiful architecture. The stone exterior has been well-maintained for its unique character. A three-season veranda with large windows offers magnificent views. A pergola, gazebo, and fireplace are ideal for relaxing outdoors. Inside, you'll find three bedrooms and an office upstairs, followed by a living room with a stone fireplace. The appliances are new. The property has a closed garage.
