Renovated, Ski-in/out, 2Bed/2Bath Condo; 25 Steps to Slope, KickingHorse Lodges

A renovated ski-in/ski-out, ground-level condo with locking ski closet just outside the front door. No stairs inside or out. Fast Wi-Fi . Unit sleeps 5 plus a roll-away for 6 total. It’s a 2 bed/2 bath. King Tempur-Pedic mattress in master bedroom with own master bath. Extra-long twin adult-sized bunk bed and a twin bed in second bedroom. There is a twin roll-away bed and a pack-n-play for little ones. Condo has a private balcony, gas fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, and cozy living room with 50-inch HD smart tv and HD cable. Or you can bring your own tv subscription to stream via Apple AirPlay or Chromecast. Master bedroom has a 40-inch smart tv with HD cable and can also stream via Apple AirPlay and Chromecast. Guest bedroom has a 32-inch smart tv with streaming. There is an Apple HomePod mini speaker for your music or podcast enjoyment. Our guests have access to two hot tubs located at the KickingHorse Lodges. Guests may also use the heated swimming pool and hot tub located at Ranch Hall near Base Camp for a $10/person fee. Private entrance and close parking makes this condo a great vacation experience.

Our kitchen includes: crockpot, toaster, drip coffee maker, Keurig, cookware, and utensils. If you'd rather eat out, the Blue Bird Bistro is close by at the base camp. Two miles down the mountain is a City Market grocery store (Starbucks inside), liquor store, McDonalds, and Subway. Granby offers many dining options as well.

For mountain biking enthusiasts, Granby Ranch offers some of the best trails in the state. It's just a short bike ride to the lift for down-hill or try any number of cross-country trails. Other summer activities include fishing on the Colorado River, nearby lakes and in Rocky Mountain National Park. Four beautiful golf courses in the Grand Valley, including Granby Ranch Golf Course, on the Granby Ranch property.

Beautiful condo that is well-maintained and equipped with lots of extras in the kitchen. Porch faces to the west, so it's great for watching the sunset. Very close to the grocery store. We were there in July for hiking in RMNP and Arapaho Natl Forest - about a 30 min drive to RMNP which we didn't mind since it's a beautiful drive with the lakes.

Beautiful Condo with Ski Lift very close!

We loved this condo! It was perfect for our family of 4, our children ages 5-7 slept comfortably in the room with the twin and bunk bed, and loved their little space there. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Their kitchen is very well stocked for utensils and supplies. The ski lift was also right outside of the condo, which had very easy run to get down to it that our kids could manage. The property owner were very great with communication and very friendly. Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Family Ski Trip

This condo is a true ski in and out. Approximately ten steps up a small hill and you’re on the slopes. The second floor location and large windows also allowed for great mountain views. The hosts were quick to respond and easy to work with. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the unit was clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Place

We loved our stay here! Super clean and had everything we needed. My oldest daughter loved the bunkbeds! Our king bed was so comfortable! We loved how close we were to the lodge but also had the option to ski in and ski out if wanted.

Favorite place at Granby Ranch

We will always try to book this condo!!! This was our second stay this winter and third stay overall. The owners are wonderful to work with and their home is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. We love being in a true ski in/ski out location. We cannot recommend this rental enough - you will not regret it. A home away from home!

Perfect condo for family ski trip.

We loved everything about this condo! It was very comfortable for our family of five, including three teenage boys. Very easy communication with the owner/property manager. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. The ski-in ski-out access was on a blue run which our kids were comfortable with, but it is a very short drive to the base and we had no trouble finding close parking for the three days we skied. We found Granby Ranch to be a great family and beginner-friendly ski area and will definitely be back.

Excellent ski vacation home

Absolute gem of a home, located within walking distance of what was effectively our personal ski lift connecting us to the entire Granby Ranch ski property. Terri was super responsive and a joy to interact with. Kitchen was well appointed and the beds super comfortable. About all you can ask! I can't wait to stay again!
