Checkin was done online a very smooth. They were waiting with our keys. The Lobby is going through a transition but that’s how things go. Great room, clean and comfortable. So easy to get to from I-40 and close to everything in Flagstaff.

We had a great stay! Staff was terrific! As an example, we had ordered dessert to go from a restaurant and they did not include utensils. My son called down to the front desk to inquire about forks and the staff person had him come down. In the interim, Brandy had run across the street to get some from a restaurant!
