We thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We have fixed the issues that you outlined for us. We do accept Credit Cards for the amount of the deposit, which is returned at check out. This is the only we can secure any incidentals. I am sorry that you had issues with your stay. Our customers comfort is our main concern.
