Remodeled and updated 1,200-sq-ft home, located in the heart of downtown Grand Junction. 1 block from shops and the best restaurants and pubs on Main Street! Walk to Grassroots Cycles. Minutes to the all-new Las Colonias Amphitheater, Lincoln Park, CMU, Stocker Stadium, Two Rivers Convention Center, and St. Mary's Medical Center. Central to Lunch Loops at the Tabaguache Trailhead, Colorado National Monument, Redlands Mesa Golf Club, Palisade Peaches, and the Mountain Biking Mecca of Fruita!

This historic 1,200-sq-ft downtown home was built in 1905 and has been remodeled from floor to ceiling, including all the modern-day amenities you would expect. We are both experienced global short-term renters, and tried our best to provide this home with all the amenities we enjoy from staying on the road.

The living room is well equipped with a 65" Roku TV, an assortment of DVDs, and board games. WiFi averages 250MB download speeds which makes working from home no problem!

Adjacent to the living room you'll find the kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances including an electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, k-cup coffee maker, ice machine, and blender.

The dining room is a great space to work from home with fantastic natural light and seating for four, as well as an additional breakfast bar with seating for 3. There are an additional 4 stools for entertaining.

Down the hall, you'll find 2 guest bedrooms and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which all include Queen size beds, dressers, full-length mirrors, lamps with charging stations, and small fans as well as a variety of books for your reading pleasure.

Both bathrooms are brand new including beautifully tiled showers and vanity with hairdryers included.

There is a washer and dryer combo unit on the premise so you can start the Palisade Plunge with fresh threads, and right out the backdoor, you'll find outdoor seating for 4 on the patio with a propane Weber grill for grilling up some post-ride snacks! We have exterior cameras at the front and the back of the house, but they are strictly for security. There are no cameras inside the home. Your privacy is important to us.

*The home is located one block from Main Street, in downtown Grand Junction. While we are not on a busy main street, the immediate neighborhood has plenty of city life: cars, pedestrians, dog walkers, music, restaurants, and more. This is the perfect location if you want to be in the middle of Grand Junction city life.

Great family spot
We had a family gathering in grand junction and this house was perfect for adults and kids. The pull out coach bed was super comfortable for the kids and the beds in the other rooms were great. Location was wonderful and close to the Enstroms candy shop where we would walk and get coffee in the morning. Perfect for families

Awesome House
The house and location were awesome! The back yard was the perfect evening hang out spot. Very clean, plenty of space, well appointed. My husband and I and another couple were very comfortable and the hosts communication was great! We plan to stay here again the next time we come to Grand Junction.

This IS the place to stay!!
What a great home! It is newly renovated and EXTREMELY CLEAN. Don't stay at a hotel when you can stay here. It is one block away from ALL the shops and restaurants. It is a very quiet street and very safe. The is ample parking just for the home and also parking on the street. It has everything you need. The host is great and will get back to you right away. A true gem!!
