Welcome to the perfect location for your next adventure! This 1945 Tudor home and guest house has recently undergone a complete facelift and combines modern comforts with old charm and comfortably sleeps 20. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, a master bedroom and bunk room in the basement as well as the guest house which has a queen bed and a fold out couch. This spacious and cheerful home is perfect for multiple families and is very kid friendly, which includes a "kid barn", tree house, heated pool (June through September), hot tub (year round), bunk beds with slide, and is surrounded by wild trees to explore. With so many amenities there is no need to leave the property but if you do decide to there is plenty to do! Lunch Loops is riding distance to world class mountain biking. Downtown is a 5 minute drive for shopping and good eats and local breweries and coffee shops. The entrance to the Colorado National Monument is a few mile drive away. The valley is also home to several renowned golf courses. Other surrounding activites include skiing at Powderhorn and the Grand Mesa National Forest, rafting or floating the Colorado River, wine tasting at one of the valley's many wineries, or exploring hundreds of miles of mountain biking and hiking trails. The perfect setting for your next getaway!

Stunning Estate in Grand Junction
We just returned home from 4 days at this stunning estate in Grand Junction, it is one of the most beautiful properties in the Valley close to the Monument. The property was flawless and we truly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space and spent our nights relaxing outside in total privacy well past midnight. Thank you for making this amazing home open to us, it is far more beautiful then the pictures even indicate. We've stayed at a lot of properties all over the US and this is one of our favorites!

Beautiful Home
We had a lovely time staying at this house! There was plenty of room for all of us and so much to do. Not to mention it is beautifully decorated and super clean. The kids had so much fun going from the tree house to the pool. We could have spent our whole trip just hanging out at the house but it is also so close to hiking, biking and downtown. We will definitely be back and only wished we could have stayed longer! Definitely recommend it:) 5 stars!!
