Situated on the banks of the Colorado River's North Inlet, you'll have access to world-class fly-fishing right on the back door and easy walking distance to Grand Lake Marina and the boardwalk. Spend a day in town sampling the the local fare at one of the many great restaurants or walk along the water at Gene Strover Lakefront Park. In summer the sandy beach becomes a local hotspot for swimming and water sports. This adorable one-bedroom condo features a welcoming mountain motif outfitted with contemporary furnishes and amenities, perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a little extra room to spread out. A river rock hearth and gas fireplace provide cozy ambiance and warmth throughout the open living area. Sip morning coffee at the four-seater breakfast bar or head out to the furnished, private patio and listen to the soothing sounds of the river flowing by. The full kitchen comes complete with all major appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy at-home meals.

Property location was great but furnishings were in desperate need of updating.Swivel rocker was very old and uncomfortable__needs to be replaced.Back screen door and stoop need repair or replacement. Wrinkles in living room carpet posing trip hazard.Bed linens were threadbare and needed replacement.lnstuctions for the gas fireplace need to be provided.

Location was wonderful next to the river and proximity to town. Furniture was dated and carpet had wrinkles that could trip. Back step was loose from the building and could cause a fall. Would return because of the location.

We celebrated our anniversary. We were married at the Grand Lake Lodge 26 years ago! The location was perfect and the sound of the river at night was incredibly soothing. The condo needs an update and a deep clean, but it was cozy and walking distance to our favorite cute little town of Grand lake. We would stay again!

Overall great place for a couple on a weekend getaway.Great Location - can walk to everything in town. Loved having the creek running right behind and enjoyed time on the patio.Bed was very comfortable but living room furniture was tired and could stand to be updated. Kitchen was well equipped but coffee maker basket was too small for the maker so we couldn't use it. But there's a great coffee and bagel place just a block away.

Just Ok.

Kind of a dump but that's what we're used to in Grand Lake, so it's part of the experience. Fireplace doesn't work with lots of loud beeping and sparking outlets. Living room chair is gross and worthless. THREE coffee pots, none of them worked. Communication with Vacasa was awful and we weren't notified that it was ready until almost 6:00. Vacasa is the worst to deal with. River outside was the best part. Bed is decent. Shower had good pressure. Dirty dishes that were put away in the cupboard really grossed us out. Again, we put up with this because it's Grand Lake, but I won't stay here again.

Patio right by the river.

The condo was clean and had all the kitchen utensils we needed. My favorite was the patio with the river running behind it. The sound of the river is so pleasant. We sat and had wine and enjoyed the view.

Property was at a great location. It was a little run down. old chair in living room unsitable, shades partly broken, trash can lid broken, fans dirty when we pulled them out to use them, carpets a little dirty, wasn't sure if the comforter on the bed had been cleaned. It was just on the side of good enough, but I wouldn't stay here again. Could benefit from a little carpet cleaning, and repairs.

The property was in a state of disrepair - broken easy chair, broken door frame in bedroom, two burners on stove did not work, patio screen door could not be opened, and dog smell on couch and carpet. I paid a good deal of money per night and have asked Vacasa for a discount. This property was not up to VRBO standards.
