The room is advertised as a “balcony” room, which is actually just an outdoor entrance on ground level to what used to be the outdoor pool but is now some grass and a broken fence. That glass door was unlocked when we arrived meaning our room was accessible without a key. The air conditioner did not work and the shower did not drain quickly so you ended up standing in 5 inches of water. It looks like it had recently been plumbed so there were small holes and some patches in the walls and the ceiling in the bathroom. On top of that it did not feel like the tub had been cleaned well anyway. Front desk staff was nice enough.

The second night we stayed we were supposed to be in a balcony room and wasnt, after we showed them our confirmation number they told us we had to wait 20 minutes before they could get us in the correct room. There we found mold in the shower, stains on the mattresses a outlet on a lamp with no cover. We booked there for the hot tub and the hot tub wasnt filled, they want us to shower before and after we eneter the pool and the shower in the pool room didnt even work let alone have a handle. The restrooms in the pool area were awful. The mens had a huge hole in the wall under the sink and the womans had one that said out of order on the door the back of the toilet was off, there was paper towel shoved in the toilet and poop all over the outside of the toilet. Two ceiling tiles were missing in the pool room that had mold on the cotton hanging drom the hole area. They advertise a outdoor pool amd they dont even have one. They had a dryer that was out of order, only one ice machine that worked in the whole building so when we wanted ice we had to go all the way down the the first floor. This place shouldnt even be up and running. Ants in the bathroom the bathroom sink clogged up but leaked down below. I wouldnt want any family or friends at this hotel. Two out of three workers couldnt speak English.

This place is a real dump. Rooms have stains all over the floors, looked like blood and the sheets definitely did not get changed. The second room they gave us smelled like smoke and had holes in the wall. Breakfast was a joke and not worth your time. Would not tell anyone tracing with kids to stay at this dirty hotel.

When we got off the elevator to our floor that was a horrible smell. It was there every single time we went to our floor. The room itself didn’t smell horrible, but the bathroom was run down. The toilet seat was coming off and the tub was clogged so bad that when we showered we ended up standing in water up to our shins. The people who checked out in front of had the same issues so it wasn’t like we got a bad room. The vent in the bathroom was very dirty and the carpet had gunk stuck in it. We also chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub which ended up being closed the whole time we were there. We booked through Expedia and then got to the hotel and they charged me another $50 for a cleaning fee. Why am I paying a cleaning fee when you are clearly doing the bare minimum. Would not recommend that places. It’s a days inn/baymont combo. Avoid both in that area if you are looking.

Be careful when renting here
We got to the hotel and it was not maintained and unkempt. The rooms looked dirty, dingy, and the population hanging out were concerning. We did not stay and they refused to return my money. Be very weary

no sign on the building, my husband had to drive around to find it. not up to standards of a $90 stay, more like $60. Toilet seat was coming off, toilet paper dispensers were loose, the desk and chair were near collapse. Breakfast food was stale and not great quality. will never stay there again. the drapes were hanging off broken rod and light came in all night. room was clean and bed comfortable but that's the only positive. room was repainted but not professionally
