I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Sonesta for the first time. I chose your property for its convenient location near the airport and surrounding amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I truly appreciated the comfortable beds, which made for a restful stay. That said, I did notice a few areas that could use some attention. Our room would have benefited from a deeper cleaning, as we found a sock and some lashes left near the trash can. Additionally, one of the outlets was not functioning, which made it difficult to use the hairdryer. Despite these small issues, I would still recommend your hotel.Thank you again

Will never go back

The hotel was not what the pictures showed. Our room has not been maintained the carpet was disgusting. The bathroom fan would not turn off and was extremely loud. The shower had mold in the shower. The desk chair was torn. The hallway carpet was dirty and hot.

The concierge team were very pleasant, morning and evening shift. The hotel was clean, the bar and inside Starbucks and the inside pool with water slide were pluses for me. I would stay there again and refer to a friend or family member any time.
