Beautiful farmhouse built in 1865, modernized into a 2 unit home with separate entrances. This is only one side of the home. The second side is 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. If you wish to inquire about more space, please reach out and we will let you know if it is available.
This side of the home has 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a large dining area, a large living room with seating for 9, a nice sized kitchen with all the amenities as well as a washer & dryer on site and a large wrap around porch.

Location was great, we were able to hop on the Lakerline and get to downtown easily. Check in was easy and host responded quickly to questions. It felt much more like a frat house than a multi family house, but accommodated our needs just fine!

Great spot to say for the price. Only a few minutes from downtown Grand Rapids and close to plenty of stores/restaurants. Host was very nice and communicated very well. Plenty of parking space, deck/patio was a great place to hang out

Perfect!

We had 9 girls stay here for a bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect space for us! Everything was very clean and functional for our stay and there was plenty of space to hang out, play games, and for everyone to sleep comfortably. The home is in a great location close to lots of activities in Grand Rapids. Our hosts were kind and communicative throughout the booking process. We had a great time and would book again!

Great place for large families

Perfect GR Getaway

From start to finish this was an amazing experience. The property is in an excellent location, 8 minutes to downtown GR, nearby a gas station, across the street from a grocery store. The beds were clean and comfortable, the house had enough space for all 9 of us to fit more than comfortably. If you are looking for the perfect retreat for a GR vacation, I highly recommend this one.

Would not say again

Arrived to the property and we had to shovel our way to park and to get into the house. Coat hooks were lose on the walls so we couldn’t use and we had 11 of us. Water smelled like rotten eggs. House had a weird smell so we bought a defuser to get rid of the smell. Dead bugs in the corners of the rooms. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and with out comforters. Overall we were all pretty upset that the pics do NOT SHOW THE HOUSE ACCURATELY!

Short Stay

Our family with five adults and a 2 year old were in town for a family wedding. This provided us with great room to share at a reasonable price. The property is close to a variety of Grand Rapids attractions but is also within walking distance of restaurant and grocery store. We enjoyed our stay at this property but also in Grand Rapids.
