Welcome to our home!
We are offering a duplex unit. It’s the lower unit.
It has 2 bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. The bathroom has a shower. Very comfy place, walking distance to strip mall and grocery. Easy access to the airport, Grand Rapids Downtown and outlet mall. Bike trail across the street.Also easy access to US-131 and M-6. Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. Living room has a couch, smart TV, dining table and a shelve with games for adults and children, plus books.
The space
Kitchen offers dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, range, microwave, pans, cutting boards, mixer, slow cooker, coffee, tea, etc...
Each bedroom has nightstand, lamp and closet, as well as rolling shades.
Of course there's also WIFI.
One note, you will have a private entrance, but the backyard is shared with upstairs neighbors.
We have a outdoor area, a playground, and a big yard for the kids to play.

You’ll have the space to yourself and will only share with those you are traveling with.

Perfect budget accomodations
Space is in need of maintenence. These range from mild to dangerous. Mild being headboards taped to wall,was laying on bed upon our arrival to dangerous being cement steps iced and very wiggly loose handrails.. We were warned that we couldnt get possession at checkin because of cleaner issues. It was not an issue to us,as we were still 5 hours away. Space was not cleaned upon arrival but beds were made, lots of human and pet hairs on sheets. Wet towels in washer and linens still in dryer. No toilet paper, not even an empty roll. Host gave us code to supply closet, no paper in there either. There was paper and ice melt in garage, so those issues were resolved. All in all, for the budget pricing, i would rent this space again. Hopefully housekeeping and maintenance get back on track.

Reservation foul up, property wasn’t available when we arrived
I reserved several days before our arrival, received confirmation from vrbo, and sent a message to property owners - no response. Sent another message day prior to arrival, no response. Called morning of arrival and was told it’s not available, already filled. The apparent disconnect between vrbo and the owner made a mess of our trip to move my elderly mother. Won’t use again.
