    This inviting home accommodates up to 9 guests. The top floor boasts two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and an attached bathroom, and the other with a queen bed. In the finished basement, you'll find a bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk and a full Murphy bed, creating an expansive space that doubles as a playroom, ideal for families.

    Wonderful time!
    The only thing we needed was groceries. Everything was provided: extra towels, extra blankets, sleds, games, toys and hand-warmers! Close enough to everything but still feels rural, and Tim’s Territory was fantastic for my grandson. Thank you for an awesome stay.

    The property was perfect. We had three couples in our group, so the two bedrooms and the basement were perfect. We cooked dinner and breakfast both days; the kitchen had everything we needed plus some. It was a great location too, and easy to get to.

    This is an absolutely beautiful location that’s close to both Winter Park and Granby Ranch. So you have options. When you look out of the huge kitchen windows you have a front row view of the Rockies. My family had the best vacation of our lives and this Cabin made it even better.

    Great location with a perfect view
    My family and I loved our stay at SkyRun! Super close to Tabernash, Fraser and Winter Park. The view from deck was beautiful. Lots of snow the whole time we were there. You will definitely need four-wheel drive in the winter if snow, which was not an in issue for us. Communication with management company was great and fast. Easy entry upon arrival and exit instructions.

    Incredible stay
    We had a group of 7 stay at this property for 4 nights. It was such a wonderful time and the property was amazing. We loved the space that everyone had. The decor was beautiful and amenities were unparalleled. We were close to everything we needed and were able to utilize the garage for all of our ski gear. We even hopped on the sleds for some fun after a day of skiing. Will absolutely recommend to everyone and hope to stay again soon. Also, communication was easy and swift.

    Great getaway
    The place was great! Loved the games, etc. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed. Neighborhood was a nice wintery wonderland. It was super nice to have a smart tv with all the important apps already logged in and wifi password posted. We definitely needed to engage AWD to get up the snowy driveway, but that we were happy that was disclosed ahead of time. :) Thanks so much!
