Natur:Ein besonderes Highlight befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe: Das Moor Naturschutzgebiet „Kendlmühlfilze“. Auf einem befestigten Wanderweg bekommt man einen einzigartigen Einblick in das größte Hochmoorgebiet im südostbayrischen Raum. Verkehrsmittel Nur ca. 3 Autominuten entfernt befindet sich der schöne Badesee, umringt von den Chiemgauer Bergen. Entfernung zu den Autobahnzufahrten der A8, 8 km (Bernau am Chiemsee) bzw. 10 km (Grabenstätt). Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in 500 Metern Entfernung.
