Check in was good. Bit surprised to be put in a disabled room. Beds were very small but comfortable. Room was clean but smelt a bit musty.

Clean and modern with pub next door for food. Room comfortable and spacious. Access not great as some of the local roads are closed and if there's an issue on the motorway, you're stuck so leave extra time for travelling.

I was allocated a Disabled Room on Arrival, after 30 minutes I was then allocated a standard room, then at approximately 11pm someone entered my room with a door key and said that it was his room. After another 30 minutes had passed the receptionist was banging on our door saying why are you in this room. I would like a full refund for this stay as I did not sleep all night and had a 4 hour journey in the morning

Very easy check in/check out, plenty of parking, very close to the A2 (which you can't hear because the hotel is quiet and well soundproofed. Nice staff and a comfy stay, next to a Co-Op for essential snacks/food, and seemingly tennis/football pitches being built next door (not sure if hotel guests will be able to use them, but worth noting!). A great stay at very competitive prices; we'll be stopping here again on trips down to cross-Channel ferries or Eurotunnel.
