Cosy single-family house "Eugénie", built in 2008. In the district of Hôpital 4 km from the centre of Grayan, 15 km from the centre of Soulac, 9 km from the centre of Montalivet, 7 km from the sea. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 24.Sep.). In the house: table football. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, sandy beach "Le Gurp" 7 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (5), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families.
