Welcome to Sea Esta Shores - Great open floor plan with 15 feet high vaulted ceilings and fantastic ocean views - large oceanside deck and private path to the beach - Kid and dog friendly!

Sea Esta Shores has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We sleep a maximum of 8 guests and are dog friendly (first with a brief discussion of your 4-legged friend).

The layout of Sea Esta Shores -

You enter the home on the lower level. This floor has two large bedrooms, a 3/4 bath and a laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second has two twins and a full bed.

The main level of the home is where the magic happens. The master bedroom has a king bedroom and a wall of windows looking out to the ocean. Not a bad view to fall asleep and wake up to - nothing but sweet dreams at Sea Esta Shores.

The living space is very open with 15 feet tall, vaulted ceilings and windows galore to keep an eye on Miss Pacific. Whether you are in the kitchen, enjoying a meal at the dining room, a snack at the kitchen counter or lounging in the living - finding a seat with a view won't be an issue.

The kitchen has been completely updated with new countertops, resurfaced cabinets, new appliances and all new dishes, pots/pans and utensils. You'll find all the gadgets of home and maybe a few more.

The dining room has a spacious oceanside table and doubles for a card or game table.

The living room has a 55-inch ROKU SMART TV with 70 channels on You Tube TV. Or use your Amazon, Netflix or other streaming apps. There is also a DVD player with a good selection of movies. The gas fireplace helps complete the perfect atmosphere for an evening at Sea Esta Shores.

The upper floor also has a full bath.

Outdoor Living Space -

A large oceanfront deck is accessible from the dining room. The deck features a dining table, charcoal BBQ grill, bench seating, Adirondack chairs, hammock chair and a cozy porch swing for watching those sunsets. The dog can be let out by going from the stairs of the deck directly to a fenced turnout area for the dogs. The beach path is also accessible from the deck. The easily accessible path leads to a very nice section of the beach - one of the best places to razor clam (during approved clam digs). The ocean views from the deck are fantastic!

Beach Access -

A private trail leads you to the beach - the trail is well maintained and is a short and easy walk.

Well Behaved Dogs Considered -

If you are considering bringing your dog, please contact us to discuss. We have a gated enclosed outdoor dog turnout, and the main floor deck is gated to keep the 4-legged ones contained. The pet fee is $25 for 1 or 2 dogs. If you have more than 2 dogs the fee is higher and we need to discuss this with our guests, prior to confirming the reservation.

Easy parking in front of the home - great for loading/unloading your car.

YES, please note that kids are welcome, but they are also considered guests and are included in the guest count of your reservation. Great view. However, the upstairs shower tiles have mold or mildew. The grout should be removed and caulking replaced. The downstairs shower ceiling has mildew. It should be cleaned and repainted if necessary. The Roku TV remote took three adults, including the owner, to program. This could be overlooked if the owner had more involvement with his guests. After I thanked him for figuring out the remote, I heard no reply or follow up. The view is great but I cannot recommend this place at this price.

Perfect Beach Weekend!

My husband and 4 of our friends stayed for 3 nights and we had a blast! The house was super clean and we LOVED having access to the beach! The kitchen was well stocked and the house was roomier in person than expected. The porch swing was really relaxing and perfect for reading and listening to the waves. Our friends reported the beds as comfortable and their highlight of the property is the beach view and easy access! We would definitely re-book and stay here again! Thanks again to our hosts Denise and Joel!

Ocean Paradise

This property was fantastic!!! We have stayed at several VRBO's and each had its own charm. But this place exceeded any expectations we had. The house was roomy, the furniture comfortable, and the outdoors perfect for us and our dog. Everything was extremely clean. The bedrooms are huge as are the bathrooms and laundry room. We spent a lot of time on the back deck sitting on the swing or chairs listening to and watching the ocean waves. It was a quick walk to the beach via a private path. The home is on a large lot allowing for privacy in a quiet neighborhood. The deck area had a secure railing around it with a fenced side yard for our dog's "private bathroom" complete with motion sensor lights for night, and a scoop and trash can to keep the area clean. There were also food and water bowls on a feeding mat, dog towels, and doggy cleanup bags along with a "cookie jar" of dog treats. There are beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets from every room on the main level. Good assortment of pots, pans, bowls, utensils, etc. in the kitchen. There are several DVD's, games, and puzzles for evening or relaxing after a long walk on the beach. As an added bonus, it was available to us earlier than we had expected. The owners were extremely responsive when we had a quick question. We definitely hope to stay here, again! I wish I could give this home a higher rating than I'm able to give on this site.

Perfect beachfront stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It is an easy trip into Westport for activities and dining, but sits on a nice quiet stretch of beach without a lot of foot or car traffic. The house was clean, bright, and well appointed. We will definitely be back.

Great place to celebrate a birthday!

The place was beautiful. The setting is so close to the beach. Large picture windows with a view of the water, and loved sipping morning coffee with the lights off and the ocean view. So tranquil. Beds were super comfortable. We cooked a large meal and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil/pot etc that we needed. Very clean. Will definitely book this place again. Thank you.

The first thing was how clean the place was. Second the great room, kitchen, bar, dining table and living room have awesome windows and is high enough for a good view. The deck is at the same height as the living area and has a small but efficient pet area attached. A nice path to the beach .

Best dog-friendly coastal rental!

We loved the house! Super clean, comfortable beds, spacious living room and a view for days! We brought our dogs so the fenced in dog yard was perfect for the early morning wake ups before we got up and took the private walkway to the beach! The location was great and the house provided everything we needed. Will definitely be back, such a great way to spend an early Thanksgiving holiday

A getaway for the whole family!

My family & our dogs loved this house!! We stayed for my dad’s 70th birthday & he had the best time ever. Now, we want to make this our yearly vacation space haha. It’s perfectly located & stocked with everything you’d ever need. I just can’t even say how much we loved this space. We had more than enough space for five people & five dogs. The dog run is a huge bonus & there’s a space to wash their paws too. We spent almost our whole time on the deck with our dogs contained which was just pure perfection. On top of it all, Joel & Denise will help you with any questions you have & went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. I can’t recommend this place enough!
