Decent with lots of potential

It’s a rather new hotel, functional and clean. But it could also be located in Stuttgart, Linz etc. to me there is a lack of character. Same fir the breakfast. No nice and local cheese, ham etc. nothing special. Very mediocre. What I did not enjoy is the fact that I asked for cleaning and they didn’t. Minimal conversations at the reception as well. No additional information or offers, no asking if everything was alright. There is mire Potenzial. The hotel is also well located

Great, modern and super clean rooms. The location was nice and the area safe and walkable. Super convenient for big luggage because it has elevators. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you are visiting graz.

A Modern choice that is right up against the old town. It's a nice hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the walkable location of the hotel to the old town, river and the Clock Tower Hill Park.

The hotel is located right in the center. All main sights are within walking distance. The rooms were clean, quiet and overall good value for the money. Parking on site is expensive though (30 Euros per day).

Perfect location for walking in old Graz. Very friendly helpful staff. Our room with a view was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quiet. Excellent breakfasts. Plenty of restaurants nearby for other meals. Good value.

Fabulous on all fronts

Wonderful hotel - exceeded expectations on all fronts - crisp, clean, spacious modern room with ample storage, a fridge ( v important for me) warm lighting, beautiful bathroom, lovely soaps, shampoos etc great coffee - but above all, the staff were quite exceptional - helpful far beyond the call of duty - highly recommended

Convenient location in upper Altstadt.

The hotel was nice and the room was good. Location was great. The only criticism i have was the breakfast was very under par. There were not enough coffee cups. Much of the food was running out and not being replenished. I would rate it 5/10, definitely not worth the €23 they charged.
