The ice machine access on the floors is too open that it creates noise that is easily heard in the rooms. I heard someone using them at 5 a.m. and woke from a dead sleep like we were under attack! Otherwise, small maintenance items could be attended to, broke sink stopper in room, wear and tear with table and chairs in room

The pool area is of terrible danger. The floor and steps to the pool can cause serious accidents. I watched 2 people fall flat on their backs while entering the pool. VERY unsafe.
