"This was well-chosen hotel, located close to the Arch and many historic downtown locations. We could easily walk to see sites of interest. The hotel staff members were all friendly, helpful, and professional. The lobby was spacious and very clean, and our room had nice, comfortable beds, a spotless bathroom, and plenty of space for our belongings. Enjoyed our stay!"

"THE SIZE OF THE ROOMS WERE GREAT! WASN’T EXPECTING THE JACUZZI! NOR THE LIVING ROOM! BATHROOM WAS UP TO DATE EXCEPT FOR THE TOILET!😂 IT WAS TOO LOW FOR ME AS I AM DISABLED SO NEED THEM TO BE HIGHER UP! THAT N THE ELECTRIC SOCKETS WERE QUITE LARGE N SO MY PHONE CHARGER FELL OUT OF THE SOCKET AFTER I FELL ASLEEP! PHONE WAS DEAD IN THE MORNING BUT FOUND THAT THE LAMP ON THE VERY LARGE DESK HAD SOCKETS THAT FIT! MY PH WAS CHARGED FULLY BEFORE CHECKING OUT! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT! TOP NOTCH, IN MY BOOK! WOULD I GO THERE AGAIN? YEESSS! WOULD I RECOMMEND NORWOOD INN & SUITES TO ANYONE? SURE WILL! PRICING WAS FAIR TO BOTH CONSUMER N THE BUSINESS!!
