Not overwhelming, but not bad

Loved the 2 bedroom suite as a family traveling with kids, but loose blinds on the window doors were not ideal. Breakfast was just so-so. Pictures are outdated - there is no longer a playground on the property.

Beds so hard you may as well be on the floor

The hotel is in a great location and the lobby looks nice but the bed is almost un-usable. Honestly the worst hotel bed I have ever encountered...over 1000 nights in hotels at this point. VERY disappointing.

Spacious and Comfortable

The lobby is warm with a woodsy flair—very cute. Rooms are comfortable and to have a kitchen with plenty of room for everyone to relax, was very accommodating after a long day. The breakfast was subpar. We ended up not eating because food looked processed and unappealing. Overall, our stay was nice and we would stay there again; we will just bring our own breakfast.

I love when I walked in and I could hear the classical music playing, and there was a fire in the fireplace. It just felt so cozy like I just walked into a wonderful cozy home.

Comfortable, but dated. This property was in a great spot for the convention center. We enjoyed the extra space for the same price or less than a hotel. The rooms were a little worn down, but comfortable.

Very good stay.

Hotel was great, we had a two bedroom suite. Very clean, a little dated furniture could stand to be replaced at this point but very comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre at best.
