Our room was right next to the elevator so we it was extremely loud. The entrance at the back of the building was filled with cigarette buds and garbage. It was disgusting and we won’t be staying again."

"The rooms was not clean. The first room was very nasty. They had to change my room and when they changed my room, I couldn’t fit in the bathroom with my wheelchair. I asked them would I be able to fit in the bathroom with my wheelchair? They say I guess they will not. They didn’t give us the keys to our new room. It’s so late. I’m trying to get a refund because I did not stay there. They keep giving me the runaround and hanging up. I am very upset. "
