This hotel is nice, the people who work behind the reception desk are very kind and helpful. The room we got, single king, was a weird set up, but we weren’t spending a lot of time in the room, just there to sleep and shower and leave. I can’t say there is anything that is super special about the Hyatt, but it’s fine and the location is great.

The hospitality of the hotel was not expected. Our check in time was at 3pm. We arrived at the hotel at 2:40pm and waiting for close to an hour for our room to be ready. The breakfast and parking is NOT included even though it’s advertised packaged with the booking.

Came in for a concert. Went to check in around 4 and was told there were no rooms ready. (I don’t fault housekeeping Management should have prepared) Nothing was offered like parking etc for the wait. There was only 1 bartender so that wait got old fast. Room and beds were good but the bathroom was very worn and outdated. Had a drop ceiling that was low and I think the toilet was meant for children. I would give 5 stars for location.

Rooms were old and worn. Needs repairs and a face lift. Mattress and pillows terribly hard and uncomfortable. For the price expected much better from this hotel chain. Would not stay here again.
