Summary:
Post Office Penthouse is a beautifully furnished, fully renovated, 3-bedroom maisonette perfect for family holidays or business trips, situated in Great Yarmouth and less than 0.6 miles from the beach.

The Space:
The luxurious penthouse has fantastic kitchen facilities (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine) a spacious living room to relax including smart TV and beautiful river view and 3 bathrooms with a shower. It comes with 2 private parking spaces and free WiFi.

The Neighborhood:
The property features city and river views and 0.6 miles from Sea Life Great Yarmouth and Great Yarmouth Britannia pier. We are surrounded by many amazing beaches along the Norfolk coast and are only 3.1 miles from Burgh Castle.

Getting Around:
Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the apartment.
The nearest airport is Norwich International Airport, 19.3 miles from Post Office Penthouse.

Other Things to Note:
If required we offer the option to provide an extra foldable bed. The costs are ÂŁ17 per night.
Early check-in and/or early check-out can be arranged for an additional fee of ÂŁ25 (subject to availability).

Great, spacious property, everything you need tobe comfortable. Contact with host was brilliant. Couldn't have asked for more. Travelling contractors so didn't really explore the local area.

The accommodation is beautifully presented, very comfortable and high quality facilities.Careful you have to climb some stairs and the area is a working progress. Car park well provided:))). Make sure you understand the internet process. Great Property

The overall property was as described and the location is excellent. The home had nice layout and great views with high quality finishes. The dryer does not work well, so I would encourage anyone to forgo washing clothes unless you have time to line dry. My only complaints about the place are how dirty the parking lot and grounds around the property were. Really filthy.

Great location but a few issues.

This property is in a fantastic location and is generally speaking furnished to a good standard. However, a couple of issues spoiled it. Firstly, the penthouse on VRBO is advertised as having a lift, which was a major factor in us booking it as my husband is disabled and struggles with stairs. However, on arrival, we found that the lift only goes to the first floor and access to the penthouse is via 3 flights of stairs from the first floor. We managed to get up there but only as there were 3 other adults (myself, daughter and son in law) to help him and carry the luggage. If I had been on my own I would not have been able to get us upstairs. Also, when we arrived, expecting access at 4.00 pm as advertised, the property was not ready and we were asked to wait. It was 8.30pm before we eventually gained access as there was a shortage of cleaning staff. Again, with a disabled person in our party and having travelled nearly 200 miles that day, it was not a good start. The location is excellent and the apartment itself is lovely but beware of the stairs if anyone has mobility issues.
