Breathe away vacations will not return phone calls nor respond to emails and they completely over billed us. VRBO has not provided assistance. Do not trust 3rd party property manager.
Do not stay here. There are a lot of other places you can stay. Not worth it
Most terrible experience in dealing with the property manager. IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS THEY WILL NOT ASSIST AND THEY DO NOT RETURN MESSAGES.
They over charged my stay. VRBO does little to assist have have asked me to deal with the property manager directly even though VRBO gave my credit card info to the manager.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
The description and pictures of the property were very accurate and the apartment met all of our expectations. Everything was very clean and the unit had all that you would need during a short-term rental. Additionally, the property manager was very professional and communicated with us before, during and after our stay to ensure that all of our needs and expectations were met. I would not hesitate to rent from them again in the future!
The place was beautiful, and had everything I needed. Something to do for everyone, hiking, walks, playground. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will go back!
More than expected! Over and above, highly recommend.
My husband and I were looking for a week away in order to relax and enjoy some outdoor activities. This was our first time booking through a rental site, and are we ever glad we did. Communication from day 1 with Breath and their team was outstanding. They really provide insight into all the details of the property before arrival and made the check in/out processes extremely easy. It was run more efficient and more friendly than a 5 star hotel in my opinion. What started off as great communication turned into an easy arrival to the location, which I believe the photos do not do justice. The property had everything one would need in a daily use kitchen, linen, bedding, and everything was so well organized and prepared. The location was absolutely perfect, we were just steps away from the rental office, could ski for the day and come home to a nice hot chocolate. It's just a 2 minute drive from the Madawaska Nordic Ski Trail Network - which my husband and I rather enjoyed for cross country skiing. Beautiful place overall, one that I know we will be back to!
