Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
No air ventilation as windows are sealed with permanent glass fitting. If the previous guest had smoked in the room, it would smell a lot as there is no air flow out of the room. Delay in food supply, almost took an hour to get the ordered dish.
