Interior space
Home furnishing all set on a 75 sq.m. groundfloor apartment. A spacious living room contains a comfortable corner couch, smart sateliteTV, plus a fire place. A fully equipped built-in kitchen with all the necessary equipment and more, plus plenty of provisions. A stylish big table is appropriate for your breakfast, meal or dinner. Some steps further, you will find the elegantly decorated bedrooms to ensure a blissful sleep. Fine bed linens as well as towels are provided. There is one modern bathroom with shower column and cabin spacious enough to enjoy a cool shower after a long-hot day. We also supply any toiletries you may need or have forgotten. A second bathroom if needed, is outside and beside the house, where you'll find the washing machine. Finally, all beach equipment is provided.

Exterior space
Reaching our home in the center of Plakias and entering the yard-gate, you'll find yourself in a 600m2 area in simple mediterranian style with lemon and orange trees and old sycamores in the background beside a small river which is flowing to the sea a few meters away. On a separate area with gravels on the ground you'll find a round table and a concrete bench under the trees with rich shadow reflecting tranquility. Some steps further there is a lovely terrace as an extension of our indoor space, with armchairs and a side table, an ideal relaxed siting area for your coffee or wine. Plants and lighting, once darkness sets in, create a special atmosphere. Not much more needed, to enter in the glorious spirit of summer. These lazy days and endless warm evenings under the sound of cicadas....
