The villa is wrapped in a spacious 850m² garden, offering complete privacy and a beautiful outdoor area to relax.The garden is the heart of it — 850 square metres around the house, with the pool and its marble surround, sun loungers, and three outdoor showers, two of them under the pergola. Mornings start with coffee on the terrace and the sea in front of you. Evenings end around the monastery table in the second kitchen, which doubles as a dining room.
Two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom and its own entrance. Upstairs, the living room opens onto a large veranda facing the water, with the main kitchen alongside. A third bedroom with ensuite sits on the top floor, with the best view in the house. Three full bathrooms in all, finished in island marble and white plaster.
It sleeps up to ten, but it never feels crowded — the levels give everyone their own corner.
