Holiday Home 'Tis Manas' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

I named the house TIS MANAS in honor of my mother, who loved and helped not only her children but anyone in need.

The house, along with its yard, is 86 sqm and is located in southern Rhodes, in the village of Asklipios, on the beautiful island of Rhodes, offering a view of the Aegean Sea since 1874.

The house features a 50 sqm living area with a living room and sitting area, free Wi-Fi, and a TV. It has 2 beds, a sofa bed, and a space where a baby can also be accommodated with their crib. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a sea view. There is a separate kitchen with all necessary utensils, a refrigerator, stove, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, and a portable barbecue. The toilet is located in the yard and includes an additional small bathtub.

The house, due to its height and thick walls, remains cool in the summer with 3 fans and warm in the winter with 2 extra heating units.

The yard is about 15 sqm and has a beautiful grapevine that produces grapes in the summer, providing a sense of coolness, while in winter, it is surrounded by many flowers.

The ancient Asklipios is well-known in medical circles because he was the father and teacher of Hippocrates. There are many hospitals worldwide named after him.

This village is fascinating not only because of its mild and pleasant climate but also because it offers both the sea and the mountains. There is also a medieval castle and a Byzantine church from 1060, which attracts many visitors.

Within a 150-meter radius, you can find taverns, a mini-market, and traditional cafes.

The distance to the sea is 4 km, and the beach is called Kiotari. At the beach, there is a water sports center, as well as a surfing and paragliding hotspot at Prasonisi, which is only 25 km away.

The historic Lindos is 20 km away, the airport is 65 km, and the city of Rhodes.
