Infinity sea view cosy villa with private pool is a stylish 2-bedroom villa of 80 sq. meters, situated on the hill above Parikia town with a private Infinity swimming pool & Jacuzzi offering panoramic views of Parikia’s bay and the nearby islands and an amazing sunset.

It is part of a small complex of 3 private Villas, conveniently located in a picturesque countryside hill, 2 km from the port of Parikia and the city center, 2,5 km from Livadia beach and 12 km from the airport.
Expertly dressed and comfortably minimal designed, can accommodate up to 5 guests.
It consists of 2 bedrooms with wardrobes equipped with high quality mattresses, bedclothes and feather pillows (the first with a king size bed and the second with one double and 1 single beds).

A private Infinity swimming pool of 60 sq. meters with jetted water in one corner and sun loungers will offer you relaxation and massage at the same time. Feel the Aegean breeze in front of your eyes and below your feet.
It features Wi-Fi Internet connection, flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, washing machine, safe-box, iron with ironing board, hairdryer and terraces with shading. It also has 2 modern walk-in bathrooms with rainfall shower, a lobby with a fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a fridge, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, sandwich toaster, kettle, espresso machine and a microwave.

We deliver it to you clean with towels, sheets, beach towels, slippers and bathroom amenities for all people. There is a free service every 4 days (by arrangement) and if you wish you can have more services on request at an extra cost. The doors and windows are with double glasses and window screens. The property has a private entrance and parking area.

It is vibrant and fresh as it is only for summer use and nobody stays in all the other period.
This is where summer memories are created.

Property was as advertised. Clean, well maintained, quiet and amazing views. I would recommend renting a car to make getting to and from the property easier. It is about 2 km total from the port and 1km of it is uphill on a narrow road. Communication was excellent with many great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The WiFi was slow but my family of four were all using it at the same time and there is only so much bandwidth. We would stay again and will recommend Paros and this property to our friends.

Stunning views

Stunning views and amazing patio and pool set up. Private. Comfortable beds/bedding. Clean. Lots of great amenities. Good communication with owner. Only problem was the pool is not heated, so too cold to use in May. Air temp was warm enough, and we made ourselves get in one time, but would have been in there every day if it were heated.

Disappointing service

After a long journey we arrived at the port only to find out we then had to get a taxi to the villa . For the price we paid I think the owners could arrange a pick up service . No welcome pack so we had to return to the port to get basic supplies. You definitely need to hire a car when booking this villa as it is too far to walk into town and too dark at night.

Perfect Greek Island Getaway

This villa is even more majestic than the photos show! My family of 4 absolutely loved our stay here. It had everything we needed and the views are unmatched. The pool was amazing for the kids after hot days exploring. Kostas was responsive and attentive! We can’t wait to visit again.

Perfection in Parikia

Our family of three stayed in this exceptional villa. - It's even better in person than in the photos. Every expectation was met/exceeded. The check-in process was so easy and so was the check-out. The view is just phenomenal and EVERY single restaurant and beach that we tried on the owner's recommendations was perfect! I cannot say enough positive things about our stay!

Impeccable

The pictures do not do the property justice. Clean, comfortable, well appointed - and perhaps the nicest view in all of Paros. Our family, two adults and two children, stayed for one week and wished we stayed for much longer. Kostas was extremely helpful with tips and suggestions for beaches, sites and restaurants. The highlights of our holiday were spent lounging by the pool, having take-out dinners and wine on the patio and then wandering the streets in the evenings. This is an exceptional place to stay while on Paros. We will return and will recommend it to anyone travelling to the island.

Beautiful house, fabulous views

We stayed in this beautiful house for four nights on our Greek Islands trip and we loved it! Kostas met us at the port and led us to the house on the hill overlooking the town of Parikia, the port and the Aegean. The views can't be beat! The house is very modern and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. Good communication with Marilena before and during the trip. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed was very comfy, the bathroom had nice amenities and the outdoor veranda was absolutely amazing for dining, relaxing or just enjoying the view. Quiet, very private location. We would highly recommend Parikia Paros Seaview Villa and we hope to stay there again on our next visit to Paros.
