The Space:

This fully equipped ground-floor studio opens onto a private patio, giving you direct access to the outdoors and open views of the garden and the surrounding greenery. Within the complex, you can also enjoy the shared swimming pool with sunbeds, along with a garden and BBQ area that create an easy, relaxed outdoor setting throughout your stay.



Inside, the space is arranged in a practical open-plan layout designed to comfortably suit different types of stays. It features a double bed, along with either a bunk bed or a sofa bed, depending on availability, making it well suited for families or small groups. Studios are allocated based on availability. Large patio doors allow plenty of natural light to fill the space, creating a bright and pleasant connection to the outdoors.



The kitchenette is compact and well-equipped for everyday use, allowing you to prepare simple meals or breakfast without hassle.



The bathroom is modern and clean, with a walk-in shower and simple, well-maintained finishes.



Out on the private patio, you have a comfortable spot to sit and unwind, whether it’s a quiet start to the day or a relaxed evening in the fresh air.

Potos sits on the southern coast of Thassos, a lively seaside village that combines easy access to beaches with a relaxed, everyday rhythm. Here, you’re surrounded by hills, olive groves and open space, while still being close to the sea and a variety of amenties. Within a short walk, you’ll find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and tavernas that make daily routines easy and flexible.



Potos Beach, is just a 10 minute walk away, with sand and shallow, calm water. It offers a mix of organized spots with sunbeds and more open areas where you can settle at your own pace. About 1.5 km west, Pefkari Beach offers a mix of sand and pebbles with clear water and options for water sports. At around 3 km, you'll find Rosonkremos Beach offering a quiet, natural setting, Also about 3km you'll find Notos Beach combining sand with rock formations and sheltered waters, and Medalia Beach standing out for its deeper blue sea and distinctive landscape.



Inland, you can explore forested hills, walking trails, and quiet mountain roads that lead through olive groves and pine landscapes. These areas are ideal for short hikes, scenic drives, or simply experiencing a different side of Thassos away from the sea. For local sights, Limenaria (3.5 km) is a coastal town with a mix of traditional character and local life, while Theologos (10 km) introduces a traditional village atmosphere. Further along, Archangelos Monastery (15 km) sits dramatically above the sea and is one of the island’s most notable religious landmarks, while Giola Lagoon (11 km) is a natural rock formation where you can swim in a unique setting carved by the sea.

Getting Around:

You can reach the accommodation by car, taxi, or bus. The nearest airport is Kavala International Airport (KVA), followed by a ferry crossing to Thassos and then a drive to Potos. The main port of Thassos (Limenas) is around 40 km away and offers regular connections to the mainland. A local KTEL bus stop is located approximately 100 meters from the property, with routes connecting you to other parts of the island. On-site parking is available, making it easy to get around during your stay.
